Can I order samples of Alora paint?

Sampling paint colours has never been so simple! We ship removable, true-colour sample swatches made with actual Alora paint. That means your samples will match the exact colour in each paint can, without the waste of paint chips or trial-sized cans.

If you’d like to try colours on a larger area, you can order multiple sample swatches or purchase our paint in one-litre cans.

How do Alora’s sample swatches work?

Order as many sample swatches as you'd like to test, and we'll ship them directly to your door with free delivery. Then, simply peel and stick! You can wrap the swatches around corners, test shades on several walls, or see how colours look in different light.

Our sample swatches are removable, so there's no mess to clean up. And, they're made with real Alora paint. Instead of guessing at small paint chips printed in imprecise colours, you'll preview the exact shade and texture of your final order.

How much paint will I need for my project?

We've built an easy-to-use paint calculator to help you plan. Simply enter your room dimensions and related information to get an instant custom estimate. We calculate totals based on 2 coats of paint and 1 coat of primer or sealer.

Under average conditions, Alora paints cover the following surface area:

Matte: 75-96 square foot per litre

Satin: 96-129 square foot per litre

Gloss: 107-139 square foot per litre

Primer: 150 square foot per litre

Sealer: 150 square foot per litre

Which paint should I use on my ceiling?

Any matte white paint will look great and add depth to your ceiling. You can't go wrong with Alora's Crema, Wimbledon or Winter White.

Of course, you're also free to add pop to your ceiling with one of our brilliant matte colours.

Does your paint have warranty?

Yes, our paints have 5 years warranty.

Do I need to use primer with your paint?

Primer is recommended to prep the painting surface and seals any stains so that the paint adheres well, and you'll get the smoothest, cleanest finish possible.

Can I use your paint on my furniture?

No, our paints are intended to paint wall and wood trim only.

What is the shelf life of your paint?

The shelf life is up to 24 months in a tightly sealed container

Where does Alora ship its paints and products?

We currently ship to customers located anywhere in Singapore.

What are your shipping rates?

Alora offers 6 SGD standard shipping and 38 SGD express shipping, and delivery is free on orders over $100!

When will my order arrive?

Alora offers standard home delivery on most orders.

Orders received before 2 p.m. SGT, Monday through Friday, typically arrive 2-4 days later.

Weekend orders (those placed between 2 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Monday) ship on Monday.

Can I pick up my Alora order?

Of course! If you'd like to pick up your order at Alora's Tuas warehouse, contact us for details. We're at customerservice@alorapaints.com. Please include your name and order number in your message.

Can I change or cancel my order?
