As our paints are custom-made according to your order, we are unable to cancel once the paints are made. For every product that our customer orders in a specific colour, we will mix every individual can of paint before sending them out .

Thus, we are not able to accept any return/ refund.

EXCEPTION: Products return/refund can only be done for the following cases:

• Product is defective
• Severe colour mismatch from the sample swatches/ colour displayed on our brand store
• Delayed delivery (1 week overdue from indicated delivery date). To be eligible, all refund claims must be made within 14 days of your purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
