Our limited lifetime warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser of the Alora paint products. It is non-transferable and extends only as long as the original purchaser owns or occupies the property where the paint was applied. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty coverage.

Alora Paints warrants its paint to maintain its integrity and perform as described on the label and product data sheets under normal usage conditions, including resistance to:

- Peeling, blistering, and flaking from properly prepared and maintained surfaces.

- Major discoloration and fading not typical of normal wear and aging processes.

Our limited lifetime warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear or natural fading over time due to exposure to sunlight, harsh weather conditions, and atmospheric pollutants.

- Damage resulting from improper application, surface preparation, or failure to adhere to prescribed painting processes as outlined in the product data sheets.

- Damage due to extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, structural failures, and improper maintenance by the property owner.

- Variations in color when applied over existing paint or due to differences in screen color representation.

To file a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

- Proof of purchase.

- Detailed description of the issue.

- Photographs of the affected area.

Upon validation of a claim, Alora Paints reserves the right to:

- Provide replacement paint for only the affected areas.

- Offer a refund equivalent to the value of the paint required to address the affected areas, as determined by Alora Paints.

Alora Paints’ decision on the remedy will be final.

Our limited lifetime warranty covers only the paint, not labour or removal costs.

We may inspect your property before approving a claim.

We may test the paint to find the defect’s cause.

Alora Paints does not assume responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages. This warranty provides specific legal rights, but you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Alora Paints reserves the right to alter or discontinue this warranty at any time, but such changes will not affect warranties issued prior to the change.
